As a southerner, I approve of their catfish it meets down home standards. Hushpuppies use proper medium cornmeal instead of the cake batter garbage. You may wait a bit, but you can't rush perfect catfish.

Then again, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, so does a thousand days on the Mile, and Catcher’s first ones are promising indeed. I love a good potato salad and they have it.The only complaint is my dinner didn’t come with tarter or horseradish sauce.

Catchers expects to be open daily for lunch and dinner once it debuts later this fall. The retail center is already home to Grouchy John’s Coffee, recent arrival Blue Hen Chicken Co., and newcomer Burnin’ Mouth from Oxnard, California, still on its way, replacing a 2,340-square-foot Chipotle location. Burnin’ Mouth’s casual sandwich menu will feature sweet and spicy Korean fried chicken, prepared Nashville-style, and promised to be the hottest chicken ever made. Maybe I’m suppose to ask for it but I didn’t get it. The waitress/cashier was chill and really good didn’t catch her name.
